We at VW Spare Parts do our best to ship every order as soon as possible and 90% of the orders leave within 24 hours of being placed. We stock hundreds of parts, however, some items may need to be ordered and will delay the shipping of your order. If there will be a considerable delay before we can ship your order, we will notify you via email to see if you would like a partial shipment.
Please check your order immediately upon receipt,returns are for store credit only, you must let us know within 48 hours if there is any items missing or mishipped items in your order.
Damaged shipments – You (the receiver) must file a damage claim with the appropriate shipping company. We can not file the claim. Please retain all packaging materials as the shipping company may want to inspect the damaged items and the packaging. Once the claim has been filed and we have been notified by the shipping company we can move forward and resolve the issue.
VW Spare Parts Unlimited keeps your shipping cost low and does our part to help the environment by reusing boxes and packaging materials whenever possible. We do not purchase styrofoam “peanuts” ever. All peanuts used in shipping have been used in orders we received from our suppliers. 95% of our packaging materials have been recycled.
